Machine Washable Shoes:
Any style with the "Machine Washable" icon shown on the product detail page can be safely machine washed with detergent on the gentle cycle and air-dried, we suggest placing them in a pillowcase or laundry bag before washing in machine. Please wash shoes one at a time to avoid discoloration. Do not place shoes in dryer. For shoes with Skechers Memory Foam™ insoles, allow shoes and insoles to air dry for 10 to 12 hours to ensure the insoles are fully dry. Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains.
Skechers Foamies
Machine wash or hand wash according to instructions on product page for style. If hand wash, use cold water and air dry in shade. Do not place in dryer and do not leave out in the sun.
Shoes Not Marked as Machine Washable
To maintain the quality of your purchase of our shoes, we do not recommend machine washing. We suggest the following steps for any minor cleaning to our shoes:
- Remove excess dirt from the upper and outsole by using a small brush or towel.
- Create a soapy mixture by combining warm water and a small amount (a few drops) laundry detergent.
- Dip the brush or cloth into the soapy mixture. Wipe down the affected area. Apply a small amount of clean, warm water with the brush or cloth and brush/wipe off the excess soap.
- Allow shoes to air dry.
Leather Shoes
Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains before wearing in wet conditions. Use a leather cleaning lotion or spray such as Skechers Athletic Cleanser to clean. Apply a leather lotion or oil periodically to keep the leather supple. Do not machine wash leather shoes.
Suede or Nubuck Shoes
Brush dry suede/nubuck shoes with a soft brush or dry rubber sponge to remove any clinging dirt. Regular use of a soft brush will keep the nap of the suede free from dust. Stubborn stains should be removed with a commercial stain remover suitable for suede. DO NOT put in the washing machine or dryer. DO NOT immerse in water. Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains before wearing in wet conditions. Use a suede/nubuck cleaning product to clean shoes. Brush with a suede brush for best results.
Light-Up Shoes
Machine washing light-up shoes is not advised as it may damage the lights. Clean with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth.
Keeping Shoes Fresh
Apply a deodorizing spray such as Skechers Odor Eliminator Spray to keep shoes fresh and odor-free.

“The penetration resistance of this footwear has been measured in the laboratory using a truncated nail of diameter 4,5 mm and a force of 1100 N. Higher forces or nails of smaller diameter will increase the risk of penetration occurring. In such circumstances alternative, preventative measures should be considered.
Two generic types of penetration resistant inserts are currently available in PPE footwear: metal and non-metal.
Both types meet the minimum requirements for penetration resistance of the standard marked on this footwear, but each has different additional advantages or disadvantages including the following:
Metal: Is less affected by the shape of the sharp object / hazard (i.e. diameter, geometry, sharpness) but due to shoemaking limitations does not cover the entire lower area of the shoe.
Non-metal: May be lighter, more flexible and provide greater coverage area when compared with metal but the penetration resistance may vary more depending on the shape of the sharp object / hazard (i.e. diameter, geometry, sharpness).
Puncture proof inserts not made of metal must fulfill the requirements of EN 12568:2010.
Antistatic footwear should be used if it is necessary to minimize electrostatic build-up by dissipating electrostatic charges, thus avoiding the risk of spark ignition of, for example flammable substances and vapours, and if risk of electric shock from any electrical apparatus or live parts has not been completely eliminated. It should be noted, however, that antistatic footwear cannot guarantee an adequate protection against electric shock as it introduces only a resistance between foot and floor. If the risk of electric shock has not been completely eliminated, additional measures to avoid this risk are essential. Such measures, as well as the additional tests mentioned below should be a routine part of the accident prevention programme at the workplace.
Experience has shown that, for antistatic purposes, the discharge path through a product should normally have an electrical resistance of less than 1000 MΩ at any time throughout its useful life. A value of 100 kΩ is specified as the lowest limit of resistance of a product when new, in order to ensure some limited protection against dangerous electric shock or ignition in the event of any electrical apparatus becoming defective when operating at voltages up to 250 V. However, under certain conditions, users should be aware that the footwear might give inadequate protection and additional provisions to protect the wearer should be taken at all times.
The electrical resistance of this type of footwear can be changed significantly by flexing, contamination or moisture. This footwear will not perform its intended function if worn in wet conditions. It is, therefore, necessary to ensure that the product is capable of fulfilling its designed function of dissipating electrostatic charges and also of giving some protection during its whole life. The user is recommended to establish an in-house test for electrical resistance and use it at regular and frequent intervals.
Type I footwear can absorb moisture if worn for prolonged periods, and in moist and wet conditions can become conductive.
If the footwear is worn in conditions where the soling material becomes contaminated, wearers should always check the electrical properties of the footwear before entering a hazard area.
Where antistatic footwear is in use, the resistance of the flooring should be such that it does not diminish the protection provided by the footwear.
During use, no insulating elements, with the exception of normal socks, should be introduced between the inner sole of the footwear and the foot of the wearer. If any insert is put between the inner sole and the foot, the combination footwear/insert should be checked for its electrical properties.
OTHER INSTRUCTIONS
• Safety footwear is designed to minimise the risk of injury which could be inflicted on the wearer during use. It is designed to be used in conjunction with a safe working environment and will not completely prevent injury if an accident occurs which exceeds the testing limits of EN ISO 20345:2011.
• Available size and selection: To put on and take off products, always fully undo the fastening systems. Only wear footwear of a suitable size. Products which are either too loose or too tight will restrict movement and will not provide the optimum level of protection.
• For optimize protection, in some instances it may be necessary to use this footwear with additional PPE such as protective pants or over gaiters. In this case, before carrying out the risk-related activity, consult your supplier to ensure that all your protective products are compatible and suitable for your application.
• It is important that the footwear selected for wear be suitable for the protection required and its environment. Where an environment is not known, it is very important that consultation is carried out between the seller and the purchaser to ensure, where possible, that the correct footwear is provided.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• Use a shoe box to transport the footwear.
• The packaging provided with the footwear at the point of sale is to ensure that the footwear is delivered to the customer in the same condition as when dispatched; the carton can also be used for storing the footwear when not in wear. When the boxed footwear is in storage, it should not have heavy objects placed on top of it, as this could cause possible damage to the footwear.
• If the footwear becomes damaged, it may not continue to give the specified level of protection. Damaged footwear should, therefore, immediately be replaced.
• To optimize protection, it is important that the footwear be regularly cleaned and treated with a good proprietary cleaning product. Do not use any caustic cleaning agents. Where footwear is subjected to wet conditions, it shall, after use, be allowed to dry naturally in a cool, dry area and not be force dried as this can cause deterioration of the upper material. When stored in normal conditions (temperature, and relative humidity), the obsolescence date of footwear is generally 3 years after the date of manufacturing for shoes with a leather upper and rubber soles.
• The actual wear life for footwear is dependent on the type of footwear, environmental conditions which can affect the wear, contamination and degradation of the product. Skechers accepts no liability for shoes used while they are not in good condition or for purposes other than those listed in these instructions. We accept no liability for consequential damage.
• The footwear is supplied with a removable insole. Please note that testing was carried out with the insole in place. The footwear shall only be used with the insole in place. The insole shall only be replaced with a comparable insole.
MARKING - The shoes are clearly and permanently labelled with: A) size, B) manufacturer, C) manufacturer‘s model number, D) year and month of production, E) reference to the international standard, F) category and, where required, symbols from the following tables in keeping with the intended protection.

Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
If you do not re-arrange delivery. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot. If, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we may end the contract.
Your legal rights if we deliver products late. You have legal rights if we deliver any products late. If we miss the delivery deadline for any products then you may treat the contract as at an end straight away if any of the following apply:
we have refused to deliver the products;
delivery within the delivery deadline was essential (taking into account all the relevant circumstances); or
you told us before we accepted your order that delivery within the delivery deadline was essential.
Declaration of acceptance of invoices issued and transmitted in electronic form
By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Sale, you agree to the issuing and provision of invoices and revised invoices in electronic form by Skechers Poland sp. z o.o., based on the Value Added Tax Act. You also agree to accept paper invoices if invoices cannot be provided to you by electronic means due to technical or formal obstacles.
Responsibility and ownership of the products
When you become responsible for the products. The products will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the products to the address you gave us.
When you own the products. You own the products once we have received payment in full.
Returns
Statutory right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for withdrawal is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier of the goods, receive the goods or – in the case of a purchase contract for several goods that you have ordered as part of a single order and are delivered separately – have or received the last of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:
Skechers Poland Sp. z o.o.,
ul. Wybrzeże Gdyńskie 6A, 01-531 Warsaw.
Email: info.pl@skechers.com
Telephone: 008004912064
by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail or directly through the Site) of your decision to withdraw from this sales contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw the purchase contract, we will return to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing another delivery method that is not the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We will return these payments to you immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal of the contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless we expressly agreed to another repayment method with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may postpone repayment until we receive the goods back or until you present proof that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. In such a case, it is hereby agreed that Skechers Poland sp. z o.o. will issue a revised invoice either after the goods are accepted at the warehouse of Skechers Poland sp. z o.o. or after we receive proof that the goods have been returned, whichever comes first. Skechers Poland sp. z o.o. will assume that the conditions for reducing the VAT taxable base have been met upon determining that the goods have been accepted at the warehouse or upon being provided with proof confirming the return of the goods, whichever comes first.
You must return the goods to us, Skechers Poland Sp. z o.o., ul. Wybrzeże Gdyńskie 6A, 01-531 Warsaw. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We cover the costs for return shipping.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Additional right to return the goods
Exercising your right to change your mind. You may return unworn goods within ninety (90) days from the date of receipt of the products and get a refund in accordance with the instructions on obtaining a refund below. We will pay for the costs of returning the products in accordance with our returns policy.
How to obtain a refund
Complete the form. To obtain a refund if your products are unworn, please complete the return form available when you login in to your skechers.com account or available (after shipping) via the order status link on the homepage of skechers.com and send it to the address on the form.
Return products. If you have taken delivery of the products in relation to which you are seeking a refund, download and print the return form and fill in your information. Use the shipping label to return the item or items to us for refund.
When we will pay the costs of return. We will pay the costs of return of all products in accordance with our returns policy.
How we will refund you. If you comply with the instructions above, we will refund you the price you paid for the products including the cost of delivery of the product to you, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.
Deductions from refunds if you are exercising your right to change your mind. If you are exercising your right to change your mind we may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the products, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the products and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.
When your refund will be made. We will make any refunds due to you within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive the products back from you.
If the right of return of goods or the statutory right of withdrawal is exercised effectively, you will withdraw from the contract and return the goods. In such a case, it is agreed that upon acceptance of the goods at the warehouse of Skechers Poland sp. z o.o. or upon provision of proof by you that you have returned the goods to us, whichever is earlier, Skechers Poland sp. z o.o. shall issue a revised invoice. Skechers Poland sp. z o.o. shall consider that the conditions for a reduction of the VAT taxable base have been met at the time it is established that the goods have been accepted into stock or when you provide evidence that you have returned the goods to us, whichever occurs first.
Warranty claims
The products will be delivered by us without non-conformity.
Skechers is liable for physical non-conformity to the extent required by the applicable statutory provisions of the Polish Civil Code. The warranty claim applies to physical non-conformity that existed in the product at the time of delivery, or if the non-conformity is due to a cause that already existed in the item at the time of delivery. The warranty claim does not apply to damage that occurs as a result of improper handling and use of the products. Within the warranty claims, you can request exchanging the non-conformed product for a thing free from non-conformity or removing the non-conformity, as well as a reduction in price or withdraw from the sales contract.
To report a non-conformity, please fill out the form when you login in to your skechers.com account or available (after shipping) via the order status link on the homepage of skechers.com and send it to the address provided on the form. You can also inform us of the material non-conformity by e-mail, telephone or in writing. Please use the contact details given above.
It is usually advisable to deliver the product to us together with the complaint so that we can examine the product. You will receive details about the options for making the product available to us free of charge in connection with the complaint after the physical non-conformity has been reported.
If you have requested replacement of the products, removal of non-conformity, or a price reduction statement specifying the amount by which the price is to be reduced and we fail to respond to that request within 14 days of receipt have reacted, it will be assumed that the request is justified.
If the complaint is justified, we acknowledge that the conditions for reducing the VAT base are fulfilled on the day the complaint is accepted, i.e. when we issue the revised invoice.
This warranty applies only if you report the non-conformity to us within two years of the date the product was delivered to you. The entitlement to the elimination of non-conformities or the replacement of the product with a product free of non-conformities lapses after one year from the moment the non-conformity was discovered. But the limitations period will not end before the two-year period from the date the product was delivered to you has expired.
Our rights to end the contract
We may end the contract if you break it. We may end the purchase contract for a product by writing to you if:
you do not make any payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that payment is due;
you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you.
Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you
In no event shall we be liable to you or any third party for consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or enhanced damages, lost profits or revenues or diminution in value, arising out of, or relating to, and/or in connection with any breach of these terms, regardless of (a) whether such damages were foreseeable, (b) whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages and (c) the legal or equitable theory (contract, tort or otherwise) upon which the claim is based.
Our sole and entire maximum liability, for any reason, and your sole and exclusive remedy for any cause whatsoever, shall be limited to the actual damage suffered by you.
The limitation of liability set forth above shall: (i) only apply to the extent permitted by law and (ii) not apply to (A) liability resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct or (B) death or bodily injury resulting from our acts or omissions or (C) liability for a dangerous product.
Force Majeure. We will not be liable or responsible to you, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached these Terms, for any failure or delay in our performance under these Terms when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, governmental actions, war, invasion or hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest, national emergency, revolution, insurrection, epidemic, pandemic, restrictions due to pandemics or epidemics, lockouts, strikes or other labor disputes (whether or not relating to our workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, materials or telecommunication breakdown or power outage.
No Waivers
The failure by us to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. The waiver of any right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Skechers.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms do not and are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than you.
Assignment
You will not assign any of your rights or delegate any of your obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any purported assignment or delegation in violation of this paragraph is null and void. No assignment or delegation relieves you of any of your obligations under these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
Entire Agreement
Our order confirmation, these Terms, our Site’s Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy will be deemed the final and integrated agreement between you and us on the matters contained in these Terms.
Alternative dispute resolution
Alternative dispute resolution is a process where an independent body considers the facts of a dispute and seeks to resolve it, without you having to go to court. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform is accessible here. We are not obliged to use alternative dispute resolution and do not currently submit to it.
Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms at any time. Those changes will apply to future sales. However, these changes do not apply to purchase contracts that have already been concluded, unless we are obliged by law or by a decision of a public or municipal authority to change these Terms retrospectively. Notwithstanding any changes, the mandatory legal provisions always apply.
Other important terms
Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings. These terms are governed by Polish law and you can bring legal proceedings related to the products in the Polish courts.

What is Klarna?
Klarna is an installment feature that allows you to pay for your order with 3 equal payments. The first payment is withdrawn when you submit your order, the remaining 2 payments are scheduled every 30 days. Using Klarna is as simple as shopping as usual and proceeding to checkout. Choose Klarna as your payment method, and you'll be directed to the Klarna website to register and provide payment details. You must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify. If you’ve used Klarna before, just log in to your Klarna account. With Klarna, you have the flexibility to pay in 3 equal installments every 30 days. There is zero interest and no additional fees when you pay on time. Payments are taken automatically, or you can log into the Klarna app [https://www.klarna.com/ie/klarna-app/ ] anytime to make a payment. You can also view your orders and manage account details after your order has been processed in the Klarna app.
Click here https://www.klarna.com/pl/czym-jest-klarna/ ] for more FAQ's about Klarna!
What happens if I'm unable to make payments to Klarna on time?
If you paid with the “Pay in 3 Instalments” plan, Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your second instalment from the debit or credit card that you entered at checkout. If the payment cannot be collected on the scheduled due date, Klarna will make a further attempt to automatically collect payment 7 days later and again in an additional 7 days. Should the last payment attempt fail, Klarna will add the failed amount to your final instalment.
Final Instalment:
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your final instalment from the debit or credit card that you entered at checkout. If the payment cannot be collected on the scheduled due date, Klarna will make a further attempt to automatically collect payment 7 days later and again in an additional 7 days. If the payment for the final instalment fails, Klarna will issue a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later.
You may be charged fees or interest for late and/or missed repayment(s). Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay in 3 instalments’ product even if you have failed to pay on time. However, if you fail to make a payment you will be in default and may be unable to use the service in the future. If you do not pay for your purchase, Klarna may engage with an external debt collection agency to collect any outstanding funds as a last resort.
Will I see a charge from Klarna in my bank account right away?
Klarna will collect all payments for your Skechers order. When you place an order on Skechers.pl, Klarna will temporarily hold the amount for the initial split payment. Once your order is shipped, the temporary hold will be converted into an actual charge.
However, if there is an error during the checkout process, and you do not receive an order confirmation from Skechers.pl, the temporary hold will be automatically released after one hour.
Please note that the time may vary depending on your bank’s internal processing procedures. Additional holds may occur if you attempt to place the order again after an unsuccessful transaction.
If you have additional questions about Klarna transactions on your bank account, please contact Klarna for further information.
How do I return an item purchased using instalments with Klarna?
If you have changed your mind, you can return your item(s) by webstore. Please note that we do not accept in-store returns for online orders. Skechers.pl.
Please check that your return meets our Return policy. Klarna will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Log into your Klarna account and select “Report a return” to pause your statement. Klarna will adjust your invoice as soon as your return has been processed.
When will my items be delivered if I use instalments with Klarna?
Klarna orders are delivered per our standard shipping time frame after completing your order online.
What happens if I have a partial refund, and how does that affect my Klarna payments?
If the partial refund is greater than the remaining balance of your order, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
If the partial refund is less than the remaining balance of your order, the amount will be deducted from the outstanding balance and spread evenly across the remaining payments.
You can view any updates to your payment plan in the Klarna app [Aplikacja Klarna].
I have not received my order. What happens to my statement?
You do not need to pay the statement until you have received your order. Email Customer Service for an update on the delivery. Make sure to log into your Klarna account and “Report a problem” to pause your statement until you’ve received your order.
My Klarna statement is incorrect. What should I do?
If your statement does not match your order details, please email Customer Service Customer Service directly for a correction of your statement. Make sure to log into your Klarna account and “Report a problem” to pause your statement until the details have been corrected.

These Terms of Use apply to you from the moment you access the Site. The provisions relating to the online store, in particular the account, apply to you from the time you enter into a contract for the provision of the Skechers online store service (from the moment you accept the Terms upon registration). - there are changes in legal provisions, court interpretations of legal provisions, or decisions or recommendations by the competent offices or authorities;

The provisions relating to Copyright, Trademarks, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification remain valid after and survive the termination.
Waiver and Severability
No waiver by Skechers of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Skechers to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

We collect and publish reviews using an online review platform which is incorporated into the pages for each product on our website. Any person can leave comments and feedback and choose a rating of 0 to 5 stars. The displayed 5-star rating is an average of all ratings received.
We do not verify that reviews have been submitted by customers who have actually used or purchased the product. However, reviewers must confirm their agreement to our review platform’s terms and conditions, which include the requirement that reviewers are only allowed to submit a review if they have had a personal experience with our products or services. Those terms and conditions also state that reviewers should not submit a review if they are yet to make a purchase or have no experience with the specific product or service or with Skechers.
We publish both positive and negative reviews on each product page. However, we have the ability to moderate and filter reviews before publication, including to remove reviews which breach our review platform’s terms and conditions or are not relevant or related to that particular product.
Anyone can flag a review on the following grounds: profanity, wrong product, spam, duplicate, copyright violation, not a product review, customer image, or on other grounds. Flagged reviews are considered for removal.
We do not commission fake reviews, or manipulate or alter exising reviews, or incentivize reviewers to post positive reviews.
